How to Prepare a Better Poultry Shed Design Brief
Most poultry projects slow down because decisions are made too late. A strong design brief up front saves time and fees later.
Define production intent first: bird type, throughput targets, biosecurity constraints, and future expansion expectations.
Then lock practical inputs: site access, setbacks, prevailing wind direction, servicing capacity, and preferred procurement model.
When these are clear early, your drafting team can issue tender-ready documentation with fewer assumptions and less rework.
